Customer service regarding supplies 

I have to say Aetna provides good overall coverage in the benefit plan. However until i needed supplies and based on what my deductible was based on their time in the system and what they say had not been processed i became dissappointed with their lack of flexibilty after i just had major surgery and all claims were in the system upon my online review but becuase them claim my deductible has not been met i urgently needed post surgery medical supplies and was not able to get them at post deductible rate.

Meets Basic Needs 

This plan works provides for annual check up and emergencies. It has a high deductable but is fine for healthy individuals.
