catastrophic coverage 

Reasonable price for catastrophic coverage. Customer service reps seem helpful. I have not had to use the coverage yet, so I really can't say how good it is. The online site seems pretty user friendly.

We haven't really used the plan 

At this point there is nothing for us to say. It's a cheap plan for a healthy 17 year old male. Who hasn't seen a doctor since we purchased it.
