Atlantis Health Systems, Inc., a New York corporation (the "Company"), was incorporated on April 17, 1995 as a holding company to be controlled by health care professionals residing in New York State and practicing in New York City. The Company has established a subsidiary, Atlantis Health Plan. The Company was organized by 12 New York physicians ("founding Physicians"). The Health Plan's central goal is to advance the cost-effective delivery of high quality health care in New York City by harnessing the skill, experience and knowledge of health care professionals at every step of the health care management and delivery process, and to recreate the health care partnership that once existed between the patient and the professional.

Atlantis Health Plan's mission is to provide New Yorkers with affordable quality care. The cornerstone of this mission is ensuring appropriate care utilizing the expertise of local practicing physicians.

  • Catalyst Rx - Atlantis members receive their prescription drugs through Catalyst Rx. Members may take advantage of their mail order maintenance program where they can receive a 90 day supply of certain prescription drugs for only 1.5x the co-pay. (Applies only if Rx coverage is included in the benefits package)
  • Atlantis Medical Group-Atlantis members have access to state-of-the-art Atlantis Medical Group (AMG) offices within the provider network. AMG offices are located in each of the five boroughs and offer a variety of services from preventative care to x-rays and physical therapy, all with no co-payment.
