Clear One Life & Health, founded in 2007, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clear One Health Plans, Inc. The company offers products including life, disability, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits programs to employers throughout Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington through a unique co-branding agreement with industry leader, Companion Life Insurance Company.
