Only bad thing is no prescription plan. But I guess that is why it's cheap. |

Dissatisfied
I signed up at the end of Jan 09 when I was unemployed, and no longer covered by my parents insurance. The rate is low and the coverage minimal which is why I selected Oxford- It's my accident medical coverage. It has turned out to be more of a hassle than I would think it should be. My bills are confusing. When I call people lie to make me happy at the moment. And I have never missed a bill, and it says I owe money. I'm disappointed with the system, lack of guidance for young customers, and no proof of phone conversations. I have yet to use my insurance and am thinking I should just switch to carrier with more customer service. |

unimpressed
i needed insurance, so i found something i thought i could afford. within the first month, they were overcharging me. when i complained, i got some charges dropped, but my monthly premium went up. i have made all of 1 claim, and they gave me a hard time with it. this plan covers very little and i am decidedly unimpressed with what i am receiving. |

For emergencies only!
In order to get an affordable health care, I chose this basic health plan. It covers virtually nothing and would really only be used for emergencies. The bottom line is, DON"T GET SICK! |

It Is Ok For An Emergency
I am afraid to go to the doctor when I am sick because I am afraid of using up the amount the insurance company is going to pay. I wait until I am sick enough where I think I am going to get something out of it. This plan is good though if you just want coverage incase of an emergency. |

I found this program to be affordable while I was unemployed and did not have health benefits. It was easy to enroll online, no problems with coverage and the assistance was great. I am now employed with benefits, and no longer using e insurance. It was a godsend during that time period. Thank you. |
