The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and U.S. News & World Report collaborated to rank the nation's health plans based on clinical quality, member satisfaction, and NCQA Accreditation scores.

> In 2008, the National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA), an independent, not-for-profit organization dedicated to measuring the quality of America's health care, gave Presbyterian Health Plan's Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans an "Excellent" rating and the Commercial HMO plan a "Commendable" rating.

> In 2008, Presbyterian was selected as the recipient of Business Finance Magazine's 2008 Vision Award in recognition of its performance management program.

> In 2007, Presbyterian was selected as the top four integrated healthcare delivery systems in the country, according to an independent study published in Modern Healthcare, a leading trade magazine. Presbyterian was in the top ten in 2006 and 2005. The study found that successful integrated delivery systems like Presbyterian do a better job of improving health outcomes and cutting healthcare costs.

> In October 2006, for the second time, Presbyterian was awarded a site visit to be considered for the National Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award, the nation's highest quality award. Presbyterian began implementing the Malcolm Baldrige quality system several years ago and continues to seek valuable feedback from this process.
