About Us

WINhealth Partners is a Wyoming owned and operated not-for-profit health maintenance organization (HMO) that was founded in 1996. The hallmark of WINhealth Partners philosophy is based on the principle of providing community-focused, provider-governed delivery of healthcare services for Wyoming residents.

The partnership we form with our providers and members is key toward building an integrated health system that promotes quality healthcare outcomes. The fundamental principle of WINhealth Partners is building strength and stability of community healthcare resources to better serve the populations' healthcare needs.

Provider Network

WINhealth Partners contracts with hundreds of providers and most local hospitals in Wyoming, and we are consistently expanding our provider network to address member access needs throughout the state. Our providers believe they can better manage the patient's care by doing so directly, with "best practices" they themselves have established based upon their medical expertise and familiarity with the local community.

Because WINhealth Partners was designed for the community, we are proactive in seeking solutions to community health issues. We work with you as partners to deliver healthcare services that will continuously meet the specific needs of you and your family.
