PacificSource Health Plans is an independent, not-for-profit health plan serving the Pacific Northwest. At PacificSource, we're committed to helping people get the healthcare they need. We offer group insurance clients a wide range of medical, dental, prescription drug, and vision benefits. We meet the needs of individuals and families with comprehensive medical plans under our Elect product line, and we offer short-term medical policies for people in transition. We also provide self-funded employee benefit plans, flexible spending accounts, HRAs, and COBRA administration services through our subsidiaries, Manley Services and Select Benefit Administrators.

Members can call our toll-free number to speak with a customer service representative for friendly, professional benefits and claims assistance. Our Client Service Representatives are available for on-site visits and benefit meetings with our group insurance clients. And we strive to provide all our customers with the information and tools they need to make informed healthcare decisions. > In 2007, the Eugene, Oregon, Chamber of Commerce honored PacificSource with its Emerald Award for Community Caring, for contributions to the Eugene/Springfield, Oregon, community’s vitality and quality of life based on our charitable foundation’s work, the involvement of our employees in charitable initiatives, and our community giving program.
> Also in 2007, United Way of Lane County awarded Ken Provencher, PacificSource President and Chief Executive Officer, the organization’s highest honor –the Alton F. Baker Award—for his work as chairman of the “100% Access to Health Care” initiative. The award is presented annually to one individual who demonstrates outstanding humanitarianism in the community.
