Regence
With roots tracing back to the first BlueShield plan in the United States, Regence is a not-for-profit organization and the largest affiliation of health care Plans in the Pacific Northwest/Mountain region.
Our four Plans include Regence BlueShield (WA), Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, Regence BlueShield of Idaho, and Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah.
Regence works to transform health care from the inside out. We reduce confusion, waste and red tape for members as we help them navigate the health care system. We innovate and advocate for improved care and costs, promote technology that improves service delivery, and drive public policy to remake the health care system. Our values guide our priorities.
