(eHealth or we, us or our) along with any associated applications or content (Services) must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to use the services. No one under age 18 may use the services under any circumstances. By opting-in to participate in a campaign you are representing that you are at least 18.

You will receive an initial text message requiring you to confirm your subscription. Your account will not be activated until you validate your account with this confirmation.
When you validate your account you provide express consent to eHealth to add you to these Services and to receive text messages to the mobile telephone you provided, as described herein. These terms and conditions are applicable to texting campaigns offered by eHealth, its affiliated companies or third-parties acting on eHealth's behalf. eHealth may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend Services or any portion thereof for any reason.
